I do 3 sets of these every other day. It’s best if you do not workout the same muscles back to back. I do my squats for the 30 day squat challenge at night before bed. Let me know if these videos are helpful and if you’d like to see anything else!

My bff who has ALWAYS suffered from oily skin and acne, informed me about oil cleansing. Although I was apprehensive at first I absolutely LOVE it! Products needed:
Castor Oil- This dries out the skin. also great for removing makeup and thickening eyebrows/ eyelashes.
Extra Virgin Olive oil or Virgin Coconut Oil- This moisturizes the skin. If you have oil skin you will use less of this oil. Also can be used to condition the skin opposed to a lotion.
