He’s an angel investor and advisor to startups. He’s the author of five books. He has written a number of self-help books on the “4-hour” theme. His fifth book, Tribe of Mentors: Short Life Advice from the Best in the World was released on November 21, 2017. The New York Times listed Ferriss among their “Notable Angel Investors”. His podcast, The Tim Ferriss Show, is focused on deconstructing world-class performers. He also serves on the advisory board of DonorsChoose.org. He’s a practitioner of the Transcendental Meditation technique.
