1. Understand what potential clients value: The end result, getting a ROI and not the technical jargon/aspects of the build.
2. Use powerful open-ended questions: Show your knowledge, interest and that you’re on the ball. Sparking new ideas will increase your opportunity at closing the deal.
3. Storytelling: Use honest personal stories to increase value, allowing your client to build more trust and make more sales.
4. Understanding your clients CTA: speak on converting prospects and leads into customers. Touch on current statistics and what you can do to improve conversion rates.
5. Offer solutions for improvement: Filters, booking functionality, newsletter feed, social sharing and contact form.
6. Train your voice to sell: Talk too quickly and our impact with prospects and clients suffers because of it. Learn to work the room with your eyes and confident speaking techniques.
7. Pushy sales tactics: Will harm your business. Allow your client time to think about your offer (price point) and the services you offer. Don’t jump the gun and force a contract.
