Strategic Control: Model of Strategic Control.
Companies must maintain strategic control overtime. This means that the direction in which the business is pointing should be planned and agreed in advance and it should also be in accordance with other objectives. The strategic level is the planning level of the business and if this is not effective then the business will lack direction.
Is important, therefore, that there is strategic control within the business and that management have carefully plotted their policy targets and have planned the resources and the direction to achieve those targets.
