How to Deal With Negative YouTube Comments

Some YouTubers just ignore it. But I don’t, I READ EVERY SINGLE COMMENT (at some point) and I respond to 90% or more of my comments even if it is just to say Thank You.
You don’t believe me? Check the videos, dig into the comments, I’ve been consistent about that for the longest time.
If I see negativity in the comments, I address it because I feel responsible to my audience and the Create Awesome Community we’ve built together here and in social media.
Negative comments don’t add any value to anyone, so I delete them and if they are bad enough I don’t hesitate to ban those users.
YouTube comment sections are not a democracy and I don’t have to allow your right to say what you want effect other people’s or my right to have an Awesome Day.
This channel is a Dictatorship run by a benevolent and fair minded ruler, and I will protect the whole even if it means exiling the few.
Before you leave a YouTube comment always consider how it would feel if someone walked up to you and said those things to your face in the middle of a room full of people…
